Italian goat cheese grated, with a salad of red beet, orange rasp, onions
and crème of beet root

Filet of cod on a tarragon crumble, served with and glazed parsley root, fried polenta and tomato salsa


Beemster Beef with pie
Sautéed thick skirt (onglet) with a celeriac and bacon pie, braised chicory and red beet root gravy


Mushroom risotto
with basil oil, a Parmesan cookie and a salad of water cress

Terrace major beef and half Canadian lobster.
Served with glazed seasonal vegetables and pilav rice, enriched with lobster béarnaise (€ 23,50)

Our Lobster week special; Entire Canadian Lobster (500-600 grams)
Flown in daily from Nova Scotia, Canada, boiled in a hearty vegetable broth, served with glazed seasonal vegetables and pilav rice, enriched with lobster bearnaise (€ 25,50)
